The City of Coffeyville is accepting applications for persons interested in serving on the following City Boards. The deadline to receive applications is 5 p.m. Wednesday, December 7th, 2022. All applications will be reviewed by the Commissioners and appointments made at the Tuesday, December 13th, 2022 City Commission meeting. Applicants must attend the meeting, unless excused, to be appointed.
BUILDING SAFETY BOARD OF APPEALS
This is a new Board that will consist of five members and start January 1st, 2023. The Board will be composed of four city-licensed contractors and one person who shall be a member of the public at-large. Members shall serve three-year terms, two members shall be appointed an initial term of four years. The meeting day/time will be determined once the board has been formed.
COFFEYVILLE REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES
This seven-member board will have two vacancies starting January 1st, 2023 for four-year terms. Applicants must reside in the corporate city limits. This Board meets in April and October on the 4th Tuesday at 4:00 pm in the Hospital Conference Room.
PARK ADVISORY BOARD
This five member board will have three vacancies starting January 1st, 2023 for four-year terms. Applicants must reside in the corporate city limits. This Board meets the first Monday of each month at 4:30 pm in the City Hall Commission Room.
PLANNING COMMISSION
This seven-member board will have three vacancies starting January 1st, 2023 for three-year terms. Applicants must reside in the corporate city limits. Up to two of these members may, but shall not be required to, reside outside but within 3 miles of the corporate city limits. This Board meets the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 pm in the City Hall Commission Room.
