Friday, Jan. 31: St. Marys Colgan Jr/Sr High School standout Gus Keller’s college team wins to Metro State Roadrunners

On Friday, Jan. 31, former St. Marys Colgan Jr/Sr High School standout Gus Keller’s current college team, the Emporia State Hornets, won 7-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Metro State Roadrunners.

The game took place at Wendell Simmons Field. This was their first matchup against the Roadrunners this season.

The Hornets’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 1 at 7 p.m. at Wendell Simmons Field against Southeastern Oklahoma State Savage Storm.
