Iola Senior High School standout Ryker Curry’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Saturday, Feb. 1

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Iola Senior High School standout Ryker Curry’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 8-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the East Central Tigers.

The game took place at Wendell Simmons Field. This was their first matchup against the Tigers this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 9:30 a.m. at Wendell Simmons Field against Metro State Roadrunners.
