Iola Senior High School standout Ryker Curry’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Sunday, Feb. 2

On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Iola Senior High School standout Ryker Curry’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 11-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Metro State Roadrunners.

The game took place at Wendell Simmons Field. This was their first matchup against the Roadrunners this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 2 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field against Truman State Bulldogs.
