On Sunday, Feb. 2, former Frontenac Senior. High School standout Heather Arnett’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 6-0 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Midwestern State Mustangs.

The game took place at Scrap Yard Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Mustangs this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 7 at 10:30 a.m. at Tom Heath Field at Lawson Plaza against Missouri S&T Miners.
