On Sunday, Feb. 9, former Galena High School standouts Blayze McNemar and Riley McNemar’s current college team, the North Texas Mean Green, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Central Michigan Chippewas.

The game took place at Troy Softball Complex. This was their second matchup against the Chippewas this season.

The Mean Green’s next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. at Nusz Park against Mississippi State Bulldogs.
