On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Iola Senior High School standout Ryker Curry’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Sunday, Feb. 23, former Iola Senior High School standout Ryker Curry’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 7-3 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Emporia State Hornets.

The game took place at Al Ortolani Field. This was their first matchup against the Hornets this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 23 at 5 p.m. at Al Ortolani Field against Emporia State Hornets.
