On Friday, April 4, former Galena High School standout Brett Sarwinski’s current college team, the Pittsburg State Gorillas, won 6-4 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Newman Jets.

The game took place at McCarthy Field. This was their first matchup against the Jets this season.

The Gorillas’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, April 5 at 2 p.m. at McCarthy Field against Newman Jets.
