Riverton High School standout Camryn Compton’s college team won in NCAA Division I softball game on Friday, Feb. 7

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Riverton High School standout Camryn Compton’s current college team, the Wichita State Shockers, won 4-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Grand Canyon Antelopes.

The game took place at GCU Softball Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Antelopes this season.

The Shockers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 12 p.m. at GCU Softball Stadium against Colgate Raiders.
